Procurement reform in 2013


'The period for the procurement reform legislation to be debated in the Upper and Lower Houses of Parliament has now been put within a time frame, that is, during the first quarter of 2013, according to Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Rudranath Indarsingh.


'Indarsingh also announced that e-auctions introduced as a means of procurement have saved Government over $119 million across 32 State agencies.'
