PPRG 2010-2011 Seminar Series


The Public Procurement Research Group (PPRG), University of Nottingham organizes a number of research seminars each academic year.

Speakers include academic scholars, practitioners, and officials from international organizations, such as the UN and the WTO.

The annual seminar series covers a wide range of topics including both theoretical issues in the reform of international, regional and national public procurement regime and practical issues arising in procurement projects.

The PPRG 2010-2011 Seminar Series will cover the following topics:

Public Procurement Reform in Developing Countries;
Public Procurement and Innovation;
Government Procurement Reform in India;
Procurement Issues Arising in a PPP;
Anti-corruption/Article 45 exclusion in EU Procurement Directive and the new UK Bribery Act;
Reform of the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
